The Tower of Radiance is a top-grade God Artifact; the same rank as Anatta Tower. It was completely silver-white. It seemed to possess a natural beauty where it was impossible to find any flaws. It contains a Small World rich in Radiant Saint Force.

Artifact Spirit[]
The Artifact Spirit of the Tower of Radiance was a domineering character that followed the most powerful Grand Exalt of the past. It possessed a pride that could disregard the dignity of even Grand Exalts. Since the Artifact Spirit was badly damaged in a fight, the tower has been full of hostility due to a pent-up resentment.[1]
The artifact spirit of the Tower of Radiance is the same as the Azulet Dual Swords, the artifact spirit of the Primeval Divine Hall, and the artifact spirit of the Anatta Tower. We all originate from a strand of power from chaos. We’re all undying existences. But it seems like the fate of the artifact spirit here was a little too miserable. Not only did he collapse, but even his consciousness had almost been dispersed.[1]
If not for Jian Chen's intervention, he had no chance of waking up. Unfortunately, he was refined by the Anatta Grand Exalt so that the Saint Artifact Spirit would regain complete control of the god artifact.
Sacred Hall[]
The sacred pavilion is the centre of the Tower of Radiance, and it is where the spirit of the Tower of Radiance resides. It is the true spirit of the Radiant Saint Hall; it is the place where all the legacies reside. That’s because all the cultivation methods, Radiant Artes, and so on have been left behind by past experts who have condensed soultrees.[1]
Within the hall was a grand small world. The miniature world possessed beautiful mountains and clear lakes and rivers. The landscape was breathtaking. It was brimming with life as well, drastically different from the barren world outside.
In the centre of the miniature world stood an extremely tall stone stele that plunged right into the clouds. Like a pillar that held up the sky, It stood there quietly, keeping heaven and earth separate. It gave off an illuminating, holy light.
